Our team consists of two tiers:

• Client Interfacing and Representation Team mainly responsible of project management, data collection, client interfacing & representation in addition to quality assurance.
• Analysis Team mainly acting as a back office function to provide support to project managers, draft reports,  presentations and financial models.

– Mr. Bashar T. Kayyali :

• Bashar Kayyali is the Managing Director of Paramount Value Consulting. Prior to joining Paramount, Bashar was leading the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank in his capacity as the Head of Global Banking – Saudi Arabia. Before joining Deutsche Bank, he was working as the Head of Corporate Finance for Gulf International Bank in Saudi Arabia.

– Mr. Majid A. Al‐Toukhi :

• Majid Al‐Toukhi is the co‐founder of Paramount Value Consulting. He started his career in banking before joining a prominent investment company in Saudi Arabia. His practical experience in the operational and financial aspects of running a business will inspire valuable ideas and add new dimensions for undervalued Assets.
